About the Animation Reel

This reel contains various works I did over the years as a freelancer. The most recent is the 2025 Pokemon Championship trailer, exploring a colorful journey around the world with in depth action of creatures in battle. Seeing this project come together was a pleasure and brought me much joy to work on something that made up most of my childhood. Cupcake is a fun short where cake dolls come to life to prepare themselves as the perfect cake topper. There was a lot of experimental work on facial and gesture expressions. Noggin’s Special Delivery was a marketing spot where the Bubble Guppies and Paw Patrol Characters work together to deliver kids a special learning package. Abilify is a commercial spot I also had a chance to work on, it was particularly challenging for me to get used to the style as it’s drawn closer to realism than cartoons. Overall it was a good experience and exposed myself to new techniques. Next up is Google’s card game spot for Flip I/O, which showcases the characters in a team battle royal. It has action-based sequences making it a lot of fun to animate. The PlayStation 5 Parental Control short showcases the family interaction over a voice-over, I animated all the characters and the cute beagle. Finally concluding this reel with other shots I previz’d and animated on the Pokemon Championship trailer.
